About Luisa Wilson
Luisa Wilson started writing down her lyrics when she was in high school, but she had been making up songs in her head for as long as she can remember. As music married a love for creative storytelling, and after years of vocal training along with piano and guitar, these songs in her head started to come into fruition. Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Luisa was naturally drawn to soul/mo-town singers such as Marvin Gaye, Aretha Franklin, Etta James, and Amy Winehouse.
