LostStolenDestroyed was formed on May 20th 2006 after the old band of several of the members decided to part ways the day before a show. Guitar player Justin Nixon, bass player Drayton Frey, and keyboard player Dan Baldauff decided to call up their drummer friend Sam Rogers-Melnick to ask him to play a show the following day. Sam decided to, and the band had one practice together resulting in a half an hour jam. They went on to play the show, which was a battle of the bands, and place fourth after being together for 2 hours.
