Tersebutlah 2 mantan anggota C.O.C. yang bernama Ichromie Lubis dan M. Gardha yang mempunyai kata sepakat untuk membentuk band beraliran POST PUNK MELODIC atau kembali ke root mereka yang asli. Nama LOSER TAKES ALL tercetus setelah melihat banyaknya orang-orang narsis yang mengganggu pemandangan kami, yang merasa bahwa WINNER TAKES ALL.
