About Lord Skalipsoul and the Skalibu Allstars
Formed in 1995, the original formation of the band was known as "Alerte à Skalibu". They were rapidly successful in their area, after performing many concerts and festivals, the band was selected for and won the prestigeous regional award "Tour en Région" in 2000. 2000 was also a great year for the group who signed with the major label Mercury who didn't deliver on their promises...a real nightmare!!!...for all concerned, which led to the break up of the band.
