There are at least six artists with the name Load: 1 .) Load was a little known South Florida noise punk band from the 1990s. Their sound brings to mind many of bands of the early Touch & Go or Amphetamine Reptile rosters, with a slightly more metallic edge. Their self titled album includes a side of seven songs recorded in the studio and a side of seven more recorded live at legendary South Florida venue Churchill's Hideaway. The studio track "Pickin' Daze" can also be heard on the compilation South Florida Slammie Awards Vol. 1
