About Liverball
Formed by Doug Bowan, Mike Grimes, Buck Knauer, Ray Kolcun, and Joe Triglia in 1991. Going back to 1987, Doug, Buck, and Ray formed a band called DBR. Never played a live show, but their instrumental recordings were played on a few college radio stations around the country. And distributed their cassettes to friends. They sounded like a twisted Gone playing Led Zeppelin playing the Murder Junkies. Fast-forward to 1990 when one evening at Chief's Cafe, they met Joe Triglia and Mike Grimes, both of the band Spunky Tabatha.
