About Lisa O Piu
Lisa O Piu is Swedish folk singer Lisa Issaksson, with Piu roughly translating as ‘and more‘ relating to accompanying musicians/band. She has released "Whisperers, Wavers, Hunters and Sailors" (2008), "When This Was the Future" (2009), Behind the Bend (2010). In 2009 she recorded a live album with an English folk musician as Roger Wootton & Piu. She grew up in a small town on the outskirts of Stockholm where she spent her time in horse stables dreaming of becoming a riding teacher and owning her own stables.
