About Lions from Alaska
Lions from Alaska is a new wave hardcore band based in Kulmbach (Germany). It was founded in 2013. Starting off as a garage project the ambition to achieve higher targets increased by a change of line up in the end of 2015. Having revised some older demo recordings, the DIY-video to their first single "Dead Thougths" came out soon thereafter in spring 2016. It landed a remarkable top 10 ranking among several hundreds of bands from all over Europe at the Impericon Newcomer Band Contest.
