Taking their name from the title of the second Unbroken album, Life.Love.Regret was founded in late 2000 during an evening at a local pub. A group of likeminded people felt the need to start a metallic hardcore band in the vein of Hatebreed, Integrity and others. By the time March 2001 rolled around they had played their first show.
