
Lee Yong-bok (born June 27, 1952) is a South Korean singer. Suffering from congenital childhood glaucoma, he lost his eyesight in an accident at the age of 8 and entered a school for the blind. He debuted as a singer in January 1970, when he was in his second year of high school. At first, he gained popularity because of his disability, but in 1971, he began to receive attention as a singer when he received several new singer awards. He is also talented as a guitarist
