Le Bench terbentuk sekitar bulan februari 2006. Le Bench mengusung musik – musik “pop” era tahun 90an, dikarenakan personil – personilnya terinspirasi oleh “British Invasion” pada waktu itu, seperti Oasis, Pulp, The Charlatans U.K, Inspiral Carpets dll…Untuk lokal sendiri band – band “indies” pada waktu itu seperti Rumah Sakit, Pure Saturday, Room V, Planet Bumi, dan juga Naif cukup berperan dalam memberikan warna musik “indiepop/britpop/indies” bagi Le Bench.
