Latent Chaos spent the majority of the 1980s in damp basements in Muncie, Indiana. Sometimes Latent Chaos were in basements for the purpose of recording. Sometimes they were in basements playing live for other people. They put out several cassettes on Bob Chaos records. You can go there and download most of their works. Members included lots of people who said their last name was "Chaos." Latent Chaos also appears on "Extremely mild and pleasant tasting - The best of Bob Chaos Recordings 1984-1986", a free compilation on WM Recordings.
