About Lane Steinberg
Lane Steinberg started his career in The Wind, a Miami-based power pop/soul band in the early 80's. With Steve Katz and Steve Burdick, they made three records, 'Where It's At With The Wind', 'Guest Of The Staphs' and 'Living In A New World' before they disbanded in 1987 in the midst of sessions for what would have been their fourth album, 'Desperation Goldberg'. Steinberg then wrote a musical, 'Head's Off', which was workshopped, but never formerly staged.
