About Labwork
Mikey Kelly and Matt Hames reign from Omaha, Nebraska. The group was formed in 2007 as a response to an encounter with an alien from an orbiting planet of alpha centauri, a star four light years away. The alien offered his input for a new album, and in return, the two made him pancakes. Labwork's blips and noises are often confused as 'Synthetic Gibberish,' when, in fact, these noises are something much greater. Their music is what you might hear in a probing room of an advanced alien civilization.
