Kuchenbeat's birthday is considered to be on September, 3rd, 2004 in Rīga, Latvia when the first rehearsal took place. The first 3 songs of the band had been played, among which "Come to Zion" and "27-th". The initial line-up was as follows: Vadim Bankin - guitar, Sanek Ska (Alexander Zhizhin) - vocals, Oleg - bass, Alex - drums. In such line-up Kuchenbeat rehearsed for five months and on February, 21st, 2005 gave the first performance in the club "Saxophone".
