Merin Thomas McDonald (born June 15, 1985), also known by his stage name KonfleX (pronounced "Con-flex"), is an american electro-house music producer, and performer based in Louisville, Kentucky. KonfleX produces a variety of styles within the house genre, or other forms of electronic dance music. He began making music in 2005 as the vocalist for a local four-piece death metal band named Bathed in Vomit. After two years, he decided to leave the band due to creative differences.
