Kokopele is a new Delta swamp rock band, formed in Israel in 2016 by some of its most prominent musicians (known for working with Balkan Beat Box, Kutiman, Eatliz, Panic Ensamble, Noga Erez, Totemo, Reimzlach, Malox, Jewish Monkeys and more..) The band creates a hypnotizing balance of Earthy Visceral Native American prayers with fiery bittersweet tunes that seem to come from an Ennio Morricone-like spaghetti western soundtrack.
