About Klaus and Uschi
Klaus Lenz (born 12 March 1940 in Berlin) is a German trumpet player. He was in many bands: in Quintett 61 1961, with musician Horst Krüger in Klaus Lenz Sextett from 1962, with musicians Uschi Brüning and Ulrich Gumpert in Orchester Klaus Lenz from 1970, with musicians Ernst-Ludwig Petrowski, Claus-Dieter Knispel and Conrad Bauer in Modern Jazz Big Band 65 since 1972. He formed Klaus Lenz Modern Soul Big Band in 1975 and Klaus Lenz Big Band again in 1975. Nickname: Bulle
