
About Klaas Jan Mulder
Klaas Jan Mulder (May 21, 1930 in Boven-Hardinxveld – November 1, 2008 in Kampen) was a Dutch organist, pianist and conductor. Mulder was a son of Pastor J.O. Mulder in Hattem. He was introduced to music by his father at an early age and received his first lessons at the music school in Zwolle. The support of a patron later enabled him to attend the Amsterdam Conservatory, where he studied piano with Jan Odé and organ with Jacob Bijster. Afterwards he continued his studies with Eduardo del Pueyo in Brussels.
