Pha-Q Phonographs cofounders Vyle Kyle and Skotty Failure came together in Fort Worth, TX. Kyle was born there, whereas Skotty was from Montana. Unsuccessful at getting their planned underground movies off the ground, they eventually just decided to do a deliberately shitty grindcore parody.
