About Kesen
Kesen was born in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and became interested in music at a young age. His school years were spent in various choir activities. He participated in two international-exchange trips with the Mount Pearl Show Choir in Japan and Europe and annual performances in the group's local production, "Etcetera." After graduating high school, Kesen moved to Japan to pursue post-secondary education in the form of a two-year immersive language program while working and immersing himself in the Japanese cities of both Tokyo and Hakuba.
