Kentish Beats. Currently based in South San Frangelico, Beats cut his teeth in the early-2000s as one half of underground electronic pop duo "Very Clickable Buttons". After a sandwich and some boredom, he returned to music in 2011. He’s steadily built a niche audience (less than 10) and reputation as mostly being an accident. Spazmodic beats and basslines are peppered with glitched-up melodies and meaningless vocal chops. His live sets are eclectic and unpredictable -- not least because they usually don't take place.
