About Kent Macpherson
Composer Kent Macpherson was born in New Zealand in 1967. He completed his post graduate studies in contemporary music technology at Latrobe University in Melbourne, Australia (Where he now lives) in 1994. He plays a variety of instruments including: Bass, Guitar, Saz, Sitar, Keyboards, Mandolin, Zither, Cavaquinho and Banjo. His work is published by BMG/Zomba (UK) & Beatbox/PMS (Sydney) Absolute (UK) & Boom! (UK). He performs live occasionally as Burning Giraffe and a s a member of experimental electronic duo Legs For Fish.
