Kenny Roby is an American singer-songwriter based in North Carolina. He is the the former lead singer of 6 String Drag and has recorded as Kenny Roby & Neal Casal. In the mid to late 90’s, as a founding member of the band 6 String Drag, Roby established himself as one of the main songwriting forces behind the Americana/Roots Rock movement. 6 String Drag played a major role in the early success of the E Squared label (initiated by Steve Earle and Jack Emerson).
