About Kek '66
Kek '66 was a contemporary sixties beat band from The Netherlands (1995-2002). Essentially the follow-up to the legendary The Kliek (rulers of the Dutch neo-sixties beat scene from 1987 to 1995), they released two full-length albums: Kek '66 (1999) and On The Outside Looking In (2002). Former frontman of The Kliek, Robert Müter, formed Kek '66 in 1995, picking up the guitar and handling the leadvocals. He was joined by former Kliek drummer, Stefan Steutel, and long time friend and bassist, Marc de Regt.
