
Kazuo Uehara (上原和夫, 1949- ) is a composer and multi-media artist. Born in Osaka, Japan, he studied composition at the Musashino Music College in Tokyo and the Manhattan School of Music in New York. He is a co-founder of the Japan Computer Music Association, and teaches computer music and multi-media at the Osaka University of Arts, where he is an associate professor of music.
