About Kaum Quartet
A microtonal, often drone-like modern saxophone quartet somewhere on the line between avantgarde composition and improvisation. Unlike the standard saxophone quartet, they are playing with four altos, creating hitherto unheard sounds. The players are Hayden Chisholm, Frank Gratkowski, Christian Weidner and Seán Óg, their only released recording is available only on the internet at the Plushmusic online label.
