Parachute Records are proud to announce the release of DREAMING FOR SOMETHING MORE - the labels first work from Australian songbird, Katy Ray. A soul-fed mix of roots and blues, DREAMING is Katy’s first solo release in six years. And it’s a very welcome return. Fans last heard from the petite 27 year-old in 2000 when she released her solo EP, CAPTURED, under the moniker Kate Spence. Katy signed with NZ label Parachute Records in 2004, and soon after began work on her debut solo album.
