About Katerina El Haj
Katerina began her musical education in the USA, obtained her first degree in Manchester and later received a graduate diploma in Jazz from the City of Leeds College of Music. She has been heard in Bangkok, Berlin, Amsterdam, New York, Santiago and Beirut; from BFBS Radio in Berlin to New Talent TV in Santiago de Chile. From 1980-2000, Katerina lived in Yorkshire becoming well known as a performer of rock, contemporary music and jazz. Her rock band The Apocalypse Choir did several tours of Holland as well as gigs and festivals all over Britain.
