Kari Tribble started to write poetry at a young age, which created the trend of expression she longed to keep a part of her. After years of writing poetry, she gravitated toward other outlets for expression which resulted in the urge to create music. What began the journey of music was a childhood memory as a Jingle Dress Dancer on the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation in Northern Wisconsin. She never forgot how the drums and voices of the Pow Wow singers would put her body in a trance.
