Karen Took The Kids are an oddball 5 piece band from Melbourne, Australia. The group of friends started off writing music in their drummer's garage in 2019, and since then have burst into the local Melbourne scene after the release of their debut single "Postcode Anxiety" in 2021. After receiving air time on national radio and selling out shows around Naarm / Melbourne, with acts such as , Ra Ra Viper, Slowly Slowly and Stimpies the group's popularity surged.
