On 1st November 1981 a diva was born! Named after legendary singer Karen Carpenter, this girl was born to sing…her name is Karen Louise. Born in Hertfordshire, Karen Louise, now 25 years old, discovered her talent for singing after being given a karaoke machine for Christmas at the age of just 7. Karen’s first taste of what it felt like to be on stage was a performance in her local pub aged 14 and by her 15th birthday she was having regular singing lessons and soon took pleasure and comfort from writing and performing her own material.
