Juan Francisco de Sayas (active early–mid 18th century) was a Spanish church musician, organist, and music theorist associated above all with Tarazona (Zaragoza) and, for a brief period, with the Cathedral of Jaca. Contemporary cathedral documentation cited in later summaries places him as maestro de capilla at Jaca from 1717 to 1719, after which the post was vacant until Francisco Viñas took over in 1722. Sayas is better known, however, for his later career in Tarazona
