About Johnny Icon
Johnny Icon was born in the late 70's, close to the end of the first glam rock era. As a child, he performed for hours in his bedroom, in front of the mirror with his guitar, pretending to be one of his icons, in a struggle to become one himself. His parents decided there was not enough room in the house so they made him play in the wasteroom. There, he would rub himself over the record covers of Manowar, Iron Maiden and Metallica while listening to ìThe final countdownî always in a loop on the radio.
