
About John Cali
John Cali play various instruments over 300 recording sessions between 1920 and 1962. He was a virtuoso on both banjo and guitar, and also recorded on mandolin and lute. He is considered a pioneer of jazz guitar. He began recording at the age of 14, and the A&R man in this case was Thomas Edison.
