About Joey Townsend
Joey Townsend , a North Carolina native, has been a singer/songwriter for various rock bands over the last 20 years opening for such acts and Kansas and 38 Special. After winning honorable mention in the July 2000 'Songwriting Consultants Ltd' Song Contest, Joey became inspired to begin writing solo. In June 2001, Joey released his first Solo CD, 'Perception' completely written, performed, and produced by Joey Townsend. Now Joey concentrates exclusively on songwriting and improving his craft.
