
Austin singer/songwriter JoDee Purkeypile has received many praises for his work since the release of his band The Alice Rose's first album in 2006, Phonographic Memory. After a handful of singles, an E.P, and their 2009 follow up, All Haunt's Sound, JoDee decided to strike out on his own. Throughout the Summer and Fall of 2010, Purkeypile recorded, performed, and produced his first solo album, October House, at his home studio in Austin. He quickly received local buzz from the Austin media
