About Joao Hasselberg
O contrabaixista João Hasselberg nasceu em 1986. Começou a tocar baixo eléctrico aos 16 anos de idade e estudou na Escola de Jazz Luiz Villas-Boas do Hot Club de Portugal. Depois de se ter iniciado no estudo de contrabaixo, aos 20 anos de idade, ingressou no Conservatório de Amesterdão, através do qual se licenciou em 2010. João Hasselberg colabora com diferentes artistas e projectos nacionais e internacionais e é professor de contrabaixo na Escola de Jazz do Hot Club de Portugal.
