About Joakim Svenheden
Among the conductors with whom Joakim Svenheden has had a very successful collaboration is notably Sir George Solti, who personally asked Mr. Svenheden to join as leader on a number of occasions when Maestro Solti conducted the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra in Amsterdam. In addition to his engagements as leader, Mr. Svenheden frequently appears as soloist. He has an extensive repertoire, including the not so often performed ”Violin Concerto” by Aram Kachaturian and the more frequent ”Violin Concerto” by Max Bruch
