Jimmy Mancus is an independent musician from Springbrook, Pennsylvania. Drawing influence from several different musical styles, including rock, indie, funk, reggae, surf, dub and hip-hop, his brand of upbeat, acoustic-rock has drawn comparisons to bands and artists like Sublime, Dispatch, G. Love and the Special Sauce, The Getaway People and Jack Johnson. In 2006, Mancus released his first album, "time to shed some light on me." He is set to release his sophomore album, "Move Down" on 08/04/09.
