About Jimmy Jack Whitaker
JIMMY JACK WHITAKER is an award-winning songwriter, artist, and producer. He was born in Vernon, Texas and went to school in Fort Worth and high school in Snyder, Oklahoma, where he was a two time all state musician and received a music scholarship at Oklahoma State University. He studied classical music under Dr. Wayne Muller. In 1978, he got his first break when he wrote the theme song for 'The National Farm Movement' called 'Ode To The Farmer' which he recorded in Nashville, Tennessee.
