About Jewel City Bastards
Like a phoenix, born of the ashes of Sheepeaters, Jewel City Bastards was formed by Preston Masterson and Nigel Krofta in mid-2008 after Chris Collins moved to Maine. Eventually, Chris returned and they picked up where they left off, recycling some songs from the days of Sheepeaters while maintaining the title of Jewel City Bastards. Like many creatures of New England, JCB went into hibernation that winter, but when the Attleboro High School Battle of the Bands arrived
