Jeremy Sparrow is the performing name of singer and songwriter Lasse Smed, born 1986 in Odense, Denmark. Since 2006 Sparrow has put out a series of indiepop-songs on myspace that has received critical acclaim. Sparrow has especially been praised for his ability to craft a good pop tune and in January 2008 Sparrow was chosen as Demo of the Week by the Seattle-based website www.indiepages.com. Working with townsman Tobias Winberg (Death Valley Sleepers) as producer
