About Jeremy Lister
Nashville-based Jeremy Lister started connecting with music from early childhood while growing up in the middle of Mississippi. A son of a preacher, he began singing and learning harmonies in church at the age of two. When his father would leave, he would sneak into his guitar case and start picking out chords. His older brother, Richie, was showing signs of becoming a virtuoso on the piano, and the two began collaborating and writing songs. Rural Mississippi was not a friendly setting for a budding artist.
