JD has been writing and performing since the age of 5 when he wrote his first song " Red White and Blue Stands for America". JD started winning awards for his talents in writing as early as 12 years old. From Grade School to High school JD Slayton concentrated on the love of his life "performing Arts" . JD Slayton was best known in High School as a talented thespian for his impersonation and vocal performance of Tevye from Fiddler on the roof. After high school Jason went to college graduating with a Psychology PHD.
