The group consists of four members: Irakli Kakhishvili (vocals, leading guitar) Zurab Lanchava (lead guitar) Iva Kimshiashvili (back vocals, bass guitar) Shalva Antadze (drums) The group included several members in different times: Inga Goldenberg (back vocals) Vakho Kalmakhelidze (alto sax) Dato Khidasheli (tenor sax) The group - Jazz or Cat, was created in 2000 in Tbilisi, Georgia. Jazz or Cat had its first solo concert in winter of 2001 in the club - "Teatraluri Sardafi".
