About Jack Fingland
Born in Staffordshire in 1999, Jack Fingland was raised in Scotland until 2005 when his family emmigrated to Australia. He recieved a small nylon string guitar for his 6th birthday and became fascinated with all the sounds it could make (some more pleasant than others, as his parents would find out.) At just 12 years old Jack performed on stage for the first time at a Folk Festival in Tasmania and came away with first prize, and an embarrassing photo in the local newspaper.
