About Iuramentum
IURAMENTUM wurde 2005 in Siegen gegründet. Das musikalische Fundament besteht aus melodischem Death Metal, wobei auch Elemente aus dem Viking-Bereich mit einfließen. Mit der aktuellen Besetzung wurde 2007 das Debütalbum The Awakening aufgenommen und über Northfire Records veröffentlicht. Ausschließlich für Bewerbungs- und Promotionzwecke begab man sich 2008 erneut ins Studio um zusammen mit dem Produzenten Uli Metzger die Demo-CD Blood Drowned einzuspielen.
