Island of Raiell are a West London based duo, who have been writing together intermittently for 15 years. Their latest shared project, ‘Ab Initio’ is a conceptual piece embodying nine movements and lasting just under 42 minutes. The atmosphere stays permanently on the darker side of human emotion/experience, yet still harbors a lullaby quality.
