About Instrumenstration
Instrumenstration is a project that dates back to 2011, originally named "Inside Dementia" it was to be a free improv group of sorts. Founded by Dan Burnette the project didn't have it's final name or actual direction until about 2014. The collective's members are determined by contributions to records, and performances. There isn't a set of consistent line ups, just per album. The debut release, To Sheffield, Yorkshire With Admiration was released on the 10th anniversary of the passing of Derek Bailey.
